Global Guru Terms & Conditions
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you accept the prize once offered, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To be eligible to win the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of the draw.
2. The prize is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Oxford Conversis Ltd. or any subsidiary of Ruxley Ltd.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you want to be in the draw, you must have provided your email address upon completion of the Global Guru game.
6. By entering your email address, you agree to receive email communications from Conversis. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link, which is at the bottom of every email Conversis sends.
7. The winner will be drawn randomly by judges who are staff of Oxford Conversis Ltd. Note: this is not a prize for the highest score.
8. Raffles will be held to give away the iPad 2s at various times in the months after the game has become active. All iPad 2s will be given away before the end of 2011, however Conversis reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The Global Guru game will continue to be available online to play after all the prizes have been distributed.
9. If you win the competition, we will notify you by the email address you supplied at the end of the Global Guru game. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will also be announced on the Conversis page on Facebook and possibly Twitter.

11. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. If the winner does not respond to our email message within one month of the send date, we will offer the prize to another winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.

15. Oxford Conversis Ltd. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the Conversis News page on our website, which can be found here.
16. Oxford Conversis Ltd. will endeavour to arrange delivery of the iPad prize within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
