Terms & Conditions: Facebook competition

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you accept the prize once offered, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To be eligible to win the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of the draw.

2. The prize is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Oxford Conversis Ltd. or any subsidiary of Ruxley Ltd.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. If you want to be in the draw, you must have ‘Liked’ the Conversis page on Facebook by 9am GMT on 20 December 2010.

6. The winner will be drawn randomly by judges who are staff of Oxford Conversis Ltd.

7. The closing date is 9am GMT 20 December 2010, however Conversis reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by Facebook message and email if we are able to. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will also be announced on the Conversis page on Facebook.

9. You can find out who has won by looking at the Conversis page on Facebook after the closing date.

10. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

11. If the winner does not respond to our Facebook winning message by 14 January, we will offer the prize to another winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.

12. This competition is being run by Oxford Conversis Ltd, Bignell Park Barns, Chesterton, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 1TD.

13. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

14. Oxford Conversis Ltd. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the Conversis Facebook page, which can be found at www.facebook.com/Conversis.

15. Oxford Conversis Ltd. will endeavour to arrange delivery of the iPad prize within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
